Facelift in Toronto, Ontario with Dr. Wanzel

Over time, gravity and the stresses of daily life take their toll on our face: deep creases appear beside the mouth and under the eyes, the jaw line slackens, and folds and fat deposits appear on the neck and as jowls. A facelift smoothens and removes the loose skin on your face and neck, tightening underlying tissues and removing any excess fat.

Forehead/Brow Lift in Toronto, Ontario with Dr. Wanzel

A brow lift or forehead lift corrects drooping or sagging eyebrows and improves the horizontal wrinkles and frown lines that can make a person appear angry, sad or tired. Using traditional incisions or minimally invasive (endoscopic) methods, the muscles above the eyes are altered to smooth lines and raise the eyebrows for a more youthful appearance.

Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery) in Toronto, Ontario with Dr. Wanzel

Eyelid surgery, or blepharoplasty, can rejuvenate puffy, sagging or tired-looking eyes by removing excess fat, skin and muscle from the upper and/or lower eyelids. In the upper eyelid, the incision is well hidden within the natural fold of the upper eyelids. In the lower eyelid, the most common incision is hidden below the eyelashes, but on occasion it can be made inside your lower eyelid, resulting in no scar at all on the outside of the eyelid. This decision is based on whether or not there is excess skin to remove.

Otoplasty (Ear Pinning) in Toronto, Ontario with Dr. Kyle Wanzel

Otoplasty is a surgical procedure designed to set prominent ears closer to the head and/or to give the appearance that large ears have been made smaller. An incision is made and hidden on the back of the ear, in the crease between the ear and the head. The procedure is often performed in young children (who are 5 to 7 years of age) but can be done at a later time or in adulthood. It is usually done as an outpatient procedure and can either be done under general anesthesia (for children) or under local anesthesia (for adults).
