Boris Volshteyn, MD, is a highly accomplished plastic surgeon with fellowship training in microsurgery. For his contributions to medicine, Dr. Volshteyn has received several awards, including the Sandoz Award for Research and the University of Missouri Chancellor's Award. In addition, he was elected to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Volshteyn performed advanced cosmetic surgery procedures in New York City before relocating his practice to Nevada. More About Boris Volshteyn, MD

Boris Volshteyn, MD, completed a bachelor's degree at the Minsk State Medical Institute in Minsk, Belarus, and a Master of Science degree in Applied Physiology at the Finch University of Health Sciences / Chicago Medical School. Dr. Volshteyn continued his education at the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine, where he completed his medical degree with Magna cum Laude honors. He also completed his general and plastic surgery residencies, serving as Chief Resident, and a microsurgery fellowship at the same university. Dr. Volshteyn received additional training in cosmetic surgery at the Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital in New York; mesotherapy at the French Society of Mesotherapy in Paris; and cellular therapy at the Cellap Laboratoire S.A. in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is a member of several prestigious professional organizations, including the Medical Society of the State of New York, the New York County Medical Society and the Missouri State Medical Association.
