Richard Swift, MD, FACS, has excelled both professionally and academically throughout his career. As a graduate of Yale University, he was accepted to study medicine at the Brown University Program in Medicine where he was awarded the Lange Medical Publications Award for Outstanding Achievement as a Medical Student and the Pilvain & Ira Galvin Medical Scholarships for academic achievement.

Dr. Swift completed his residency training in general surgery at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Short Hills, New Jersey. He completed his plastic surgery residency at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, Oregon where he also served as an instructor in Anatomy.

In 1996 Dr. Swift returned to New York City to complete his prestigious Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Fellowship at the Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital where he currently serves as an Attending Surgeon.
