More About Braden C. Stridde, MD and Christopher Chung, MD

Braden C. Stridde, MD, received a bachelors degree from University of Michigan and earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Northwestern University Medical School where he was elected to AOA, the medical school Honor Society. He went on to complete training in several specialties, including a plastic surgery fellowship at Canniesburn Hospital in Scotland; a general surgery internship and residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Hanover, New Hampshire; a microsurgery fellowship at Davies Medical Center in San Francisco; and a plastic surgery residency at the University of Washington.

Dr. Stridde is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Northwest Society of Plastic Surgeons and is the current President of the Washington Society of Plastic Surgeons. His talents have been recognized by his peers through rewards he has received, including Best Paper at the Northwest Society meeting and the Golden Hands award for Best Cosmetic case presentation at the Washington Society of Plastic Surgeons annual meeting.

Christopher Chung, MD, received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Davis. Dr. Chung began his medical education at the University of California at San Francisco before completing his training in general surgery and a fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of California at San Diego. He is a member of several distinguished organizations, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the California Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Medical Association. Dr. Chung is recognized as a leader in the plastic surgery field and routinely gives presentations at national and international scientific meetings. He is currently co-authoring a review book with Dr. Marek Dobke for the plastic surgeons board certification examination.

Dr. Chung is a devoted and well-regarded member of the community. Throughout his years of service he has received several government commendations, including the United States Special Congressional Recognition, the State of California Senate Certificate of Recognition, the California Legislature Assembly Certificate of Recognition and a County of Los Angeles Commendation.
