Dr. Stoker has been a guest on the Dr. Phil Show, appearing as an expert on plastic surgery. He has also been named in The New York Times The New York Times Style Magazine as one of the countrys top cosmetic plastic surgeons, and has received national recognition for his research into the anatomy of the nerve in the face as it relates to facelifts. The Southern California plastic surgeon also teaches courses to other plastic surgeons at the annual meetings of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Stoker graduated with honors from Stanford University, where he was awarded the Howard Hughes Medical Institute Major Grant for Undergraduate Research. He then studied medicine at the University of California/San Francisco, where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He performed his General Surgery residency at New York Universitys Medical Center, receiving the British Journal of Surgery Award for the highest score in the departments National In-Service Training Exam. Dr. Stoker completed his Plastic Surgery residency at NYU School of Medicines Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery.
