Paul M. Gardner, MD, FACS, earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, Florida, where he also completed his general surgery residency. Dr. Gardner received advanced fellowship training in plastic surgery at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. In addition, he has trained under the guidance of Dr. Luis Vasconez — a world renowned authority in the field of plastic surgery. A former Associate Professor of Plastic Surgery at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Dr. Gardner has participated in the training of numerous up-and-coming plastic surgeons. His experience and surgical record have allowed him to earn memberships with several prestigious professional organizations, including the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons and the Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. Dr. Gardner also regularly donates his time for Operation Smile — a charitable organization providing free surgical services for children born with congenital deformities.

W. G. Eshbaugh, Jr., MD, FACS, received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Duke University School of Medicine in Durham, North Carolina. Dr. Eshbaugh completed a general surgery residency at the University of Florida and a plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia. In addition, he has completed advanced fellowship training in aesthetic and endoscopic plastic surgery under the guidance of Dr. Oscar Ramirez — an internationally recognized plastic surgeon. Dr. Eshbaugh is also a published author whose articles have appeared in several prestigious medical journals. He maintains active memberships with many highly regarded professional associations, including the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. In addition, Dr. Eshbaugh regularly volunteers his time to Operation Kids, a non-profit organization that provides free surgical services to underprivileged children throughout the world.
