The surgical team; E. Scott Macomber, MD, Steven M. Lynch, MD, FACS, John Noonan, MD, FACS, William DeLuca Jr., MD, FACS, Douglas Hargrave, MD, Jeffrey Rockmore, MD, FACS, and Susan M. Gannon, MD, are all certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Each of the doctors has completed a minimum of five years of medical residency training, two years of which was dedicated solely to the practice of plastic surgery. E. Scott Macomber, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon who earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Trinity College and his Doctor of Medicine degree from Albany Medical College. Dr. Macomber completed a general surgery residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch and a plastic surgery residency at Albany Medical Center Hospital. Dr. Macomber has had the distinction of serving as Chief of Plastic Surgery at St. Peters Hospital and Memorial Hospital in Albany. He is affiliated with a number of professional medical societies, including the Albany County Medical Society, the Medical Society of the State of New York, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Northeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Society of Plastic Surgeons of Upstate New York.

 

Steven M. Lynch, MD, FACS, is a board-certified general and plastic surgeon who earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Kentucky. Dr. Lynch completed his general surgery residency at Upstate Medical Center and his plastic surgery residency at Albany Medical Center. Dr. Lynch is a member of the National Board of Medical Examiners and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has served as Chief of Plastic Surgery at Albany Medical Center, Chief of Staff at Albany Medical Center-South Clinical Campus and President of the Federation of Upstate Plastic Surgeons. He is currently affiliated with a number of professional medical societies, some of which include the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, Inc., the American Medical Association and the Northeast Plastic Surgery Society. He was presented with the Susan G. Komen "Make a Difference" award at the Governors Mansion in 2000 in recognition of his many years of dedicated service.

 

John Noonan, MD, FACS, is a board-certified general and plastic surgeon who earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at Marist College and his Doctor of Medicine degree from S.U.N.Y. Downstate. Dr. Noonan completed his general surgery residency at the Albany Medical Center, his plastic surgery residency at Eastern Virginia Medical Center, and a plastic surgery fellowship at Cannisburn Hospital in Glasgow, Scotland. Dr. Noonan is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has served as Program Director of the Plastic Surgery Residency Program at Albany Medical Center. Currently, Dr. Noonan is Chief of Plastic Surgery and Director of the Cranio-Facial Center at St. Peters Hospital and a Clinical Associate Professor of Plastic Surgery at Albany Medical College.

 

William DeLuca Jr., MD, FACS, is a board-certified plastic surgeon who earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College and his Doctor of Medicine degree from Albany Medical College. Dr. DeLuca Jr. completed residency training at Eastern Virginia Medical Center, and a fellowship program in Aesthetic Surgery at Manhattan Eye & Ear Hospital in New York City. He currently serves as a Clinical Associate Professor in plastic surgery at Albany Medical College and is affiliated with a number of professional medical societies, some of which include the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the Northeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Albany County Medical Society and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

 

Douglas Hargrave, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon who earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and his Doctor of Medicine degree from East Tennessee State University. Dr. Hargrave completed his general surgery residency at Millard Fillmore Hospitals and his plastic surgery residency at the University of Missouri at Kansas City. He later completed a reconstructive and plastic surgery fellowship at Harvard University and was trained in hair transplantation at the New Hair Institute. Dr. Hargrave is affiliated with a number of professional medical societies, some of which include the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Medical Association, the Albany Medical Society, the Medical Society of the State of New York, the Society of Plastic Surgeons Upstate New York, the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery and the Northeast Plastic Surgery Society.

Jeffrey Rockmore, MD, FACS, is a board-certified plastic surgeon who earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Union College and his Doctor of Medicine degree at Albany Medical College. Dr. Rockmore completed residency training at Albany Medical Center Hospital. He is affiliated with a number of professional medical societies, some of which include the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Medical Society of the State of New York, the Northeast Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

 

Susan M. Gannon, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon who earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Albany and her Doctor of Medicine degree from Albany Medical College. Dr. Gannon completed her plastic and reconstructive residency training at Albany Medical Center, in addition to additional training at Manhattan Eye and Ear Hospital. She is affiliated with numerous professional medical societies, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
