It is staffed by highly skilled, board-certified anesthesiologists and certified operating room technicians. Drs. Bruce Ferris, MD, FACS, is a board-certified plastic surgeon who received a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. Dr. Ferris completed his general surgery residency at the St. Francis Hospital in Wichita, where he received the Outstanding Intern award. He served his plastic surgery residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City. He is also an Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery at the University of Kansas School of Medicine. In addition, he is an active member of several renowned professional organizations, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Society of Surgery of the Hand, the Midwestern Association of Plastic Surgeons, the Western Trauma Association and the Kansas Medical Society.

James Shaw, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in breast surgery, liposuction, body contouring and facial cosmetic surgery. Dr. Shaw earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine, completed his general surgery residency at the University of Kansas, and he served his plastic surgery residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch. Dr. Shaw currently holds a teaching position at Wesley Medical Center and is an Associate Professor of Surgery and the University of Kansas School of Medicine. He is an active member of several highly regarded professional organizations, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the Kansas Medical Society and the Medical Society of Sedgwick County.
