Brian Vasser Heil, MD is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery as a plastic and reconstructive surgeon. Dr. Heil received his undergraduate degree from Saint Vincent College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts, Organic Chemistry (summa cum laude) and a Bachelor of Science, Organismal Biology (magna cum laude). Dr. Heil received his Doctorate of Medicine after graduating cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. After earning his MD, he completed an integrated five-year residency training program in general, reconstructive, and plastic surgery at the University Medical Center of Pittsburgh, where he also performed a fellowship in Micro Surgery and Thrombosis Research.

Dr. Heil is founder, CEO and senior partner of Premier Plastic Surgery, to which he brings his expertise as a surgical laser specialist and trainer, performing a variety of minimally invasive procedures including endoscopic surgery, laser surgery and micro surgery. He also serves as the Medical Director for the Acqua Blu Medical Spa and Skin Care Center. Having authored or co-authored more than 50 papers, abstracts and presentations related to the subject of plastic surgery, Dr. Heil is often requested to present at many national and regional plastic surgery meetings. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery (ASPS), Robert H. Ivy Society of Plastic Surgeons, Ohio Valley Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the Pittsburgh Society of Plastic Surgeons.
