John A. Millard, MD, received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. He served his internship at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver. Dr. Millard completed his general surgery residency at the Texas Tech Health Science Center in Lubbock, Texas, and his plastic surgery residency at the Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina, where he served his final year as Chief Resident. A sought-after lecturer, Dr. Millard has more than four years experience teaching advanced liposuction and body sculpting techniques to doctors throughout the world. He is also the founder of the Advanced Body Sculpting Institute, an institution dedicated to providing courses on leading-edge body sculpting techniques for board-certified surgeons. Dr. Millard maintains active memberships with several highly regarded professional associations, including the American Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery, the Plastic Surgery Research Council and the Colorado Medical Society.

David R. Broadway, MD, FACS, received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He subsequently completed residencies in general surgery, plastic and reconstructive surgery, and otolaryngology (head and neck surgery). In addition, Dr. Broadway has received advanced fellowship training in facial plastic surgery. He currently serves as a clinical instructor of Surgery of the Head and Neck and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Illinois College of Medicine, the University of Colorado Denver School of Medicine and the University of Missouri Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Broadway is an active member of several renowned professional organizations, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American College of Surgeons.
