Terry R. Maffi, MD, FACS, is a highly experienced and well-qualified plastic surgeon who is board certified by both the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He completed his advanced training under the guidance of revered surgeons at prestigious academic institutions and medical centers, including the world renowned Mayo Clinic. Through his training and experience Dr. Maffi has developed expertise in all facets of cosmetic surgery. Today, he is proud to be an Instructor in Plastic Surgery for the College of Medicine at Mayo Clinic and an Adjunct Faculty Member at the Mayo Clinic's Minnesota and Arizona locations. Dr. Maffi is also a member of the teaching faculty at the Arizona Burn Center, a Phoenix trauma center, and serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Midwestern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the President of the Arizona Society of Plastic Surgeons. More About Terry R. Maffi, MD, FACS

Terry R. Maffi, MD, FACS, received his undergraduate degree at San Diego State University (SDSU) and his medical degree at Creighton University School of Medicine. He completed his surgical residency at Maricopa Integrated Health System, after which he underwent fellowship training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. In addition to his several teaching appointments, Dr. Maffi frequently lectures on a range of plastic surgery topics and has authored several scientific articles. He participates in international medical missions to perform cleft lip and palate repair. Dr. Maffi holds membership status with the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the Arizona Medical Association, the Maricopa County Medical Society and the Maricopa County Plastic Surgeons Society.

Dr. Maffi has completed surgical residency at these locations and
obtained his degree at Creighton University School of Medicine.
