More About Paul W. Loewenstein, MD, FACS

Paul W. Loewenstein, MD, FACS received his Bachelor of Science from Stanford University and his Doctorate of Medicine from Indiana University. Following medical school, Dr. Loewenstein remained at Indiana University to complete a general surgery residency and a plastic surgery fellowship. Although he completed his formal education in 1982, Dr. Loewenstein has continued to stay abreast of surgical and technological advances by attending plastic surgery meetings and symposia. He helped form Greater Milwaukee Plastic Surgeons in 1995 and has been practicing plastic surgery in Milwaukee since 1982. Additionally, Dr. Loewenstein is a clinical assistant professor of plastic surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin where he helps educate the next generation of surgeons.

Dr. Loewenstein is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is affiliated with a number of professional medical societies, including the American College of Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Wisconsin Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Milwaukee County Medical Society, the Wisconsin State Medical Society, and the James E. Bennett Surgical Society.
