John S. Lee, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon providing high-quality aesthetic surgery to patients in Portland and throughout Oregon. Dr. Lee's medical training is unique in that he is a graduate of Columbia University's medical AND dental schools. His advanced medical and dental training provides him with added expertise in performing facial plastic and aesthetic surgery.

Dr. Lee is the founder and head surgeon at Northwest Natural Faces, a traditional cosmetic surgery practice where he has catered to the needs of his patients since 1999. He works tirelessly with his patients to ensure that they are fully aware of their cosmetic options and understanding of their potential results. Patients are encouraged to become as knowledgeable as possible about the procedure they are considering, and are assisted every step of the way by Dr. Lee and his caring and compassionate staff.

Dr. Lee strives for perfection for the surgical results of each and every one of his patients. Each case is analyzed on a scientific basis and customized in accordance with a patient's desires, expectations, and lifestyle. Dr. Lee is experienced in face lifts, browlifts, eyelid lifts, chin implants, and ear surgeries. Many patients wish to add fat injections to their procedures as a nice way to fill in wrinkles and lips.

He and his staff are adept at performing the full spectrum of aesthetic and reconstructive treatments of the face, in addition to a number of non-surgical therapies that include BOTOX, Restylane, Perlane injections, chemical peels, and laser skin resurfacing. John S. Lee, MD, received his bachelor's degree from Pomona College before earning his medical and dental degrees from Columbia University in New York. Following medical and dental school, Dr. Lee continued his training at Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center where he studied oral and maxillofacial surgery. He later completed his general surgery training at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center before completing his plastic surgery residency at Oregon Health Sciences University. Although Dr. Lee's formal training has long since culminated, he remains dedicated to the pursuit of knowledge as it relates to aesthetic surgery.

Dr. Lee is affiliated with a number of professional medical societies, some of which include American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the Northwest Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Oregon Medical Association.

He maintains surgical privileges at a number of area hospitals, including Legacy Good Samaritan Hospital, Providence St. Vincent's Medical Center, Kaiser Sunnyside Medical Center and Shriner's Hospital for Children.
