Stuart B. Kincaid, MD, FACS, is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon who has been providing a variety of plastic surgery services to San Diegans since 1988. Recognized as one of the premier plastic surgeons in the United States, Dr. Kincaid's career began shortly after his graduation from Duke University's Medical School in 1976. He continued his education and training in the Bay Area, participating in a surgery internship and completing a junior residency in surgery at the University of California at San Francisco.

In 1978, Dr. Kincaid completed a research fellowship in orthopedic surgery at Harvard University before returning to the Bay Area to complete junior residencies in orthopedic surgery and plastic/reconstructive surgery at the University of California at San Francisco and Stanford University Medical Center, respectively. The culmination of Dr. Kincaid's educational training was his appointment as Chief Resident in Orthopedic Surgery for the University of California at San Francisco in 1982 and Chief Resident in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Stanford University Medical Center.

Having received so much by way of education, Dr. Kincaid has played an active role in giving back to the next generation of plastic and reconstructive surgeons. He has taught plastic surgery residents at Stanford University and the University of California at San Diego. Dr. Kincaid has also participated in numerous national and international volunteer medical service programs.

Dr. Kincaid is lauded for his artistic, caring and skilled approach to plastic and reconstructive surgery, helping each and every patient attain the most natural and satisfying results. A Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, Dr. Kincaid genuinely wants to help each of his patients attain his or her best image.
