For over 25 years, Dr. Hurwitz has been noted as one of the most highly-skilled plastic surgeons in the nation. Dr. Hurwitz is the founder and former director of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Center. He is currently appointed as a Clinical Professor of Surgery (Plastic), which is the highest academic rank in the Department of Plastic Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical School.

Siamak Agha-Mohammadi, MD PhD, has a special interest in aesthetic surgical procedures for facial rejuvenation as well as breast reshaping and body contouring. He offers a comprehensive cosmetic and reconstructive approach to brow surgery, eyelid surgery, nasal surgery, and facial aesthetics, breast and body contouring. Dr Agha has extensive experience in transumbilical or scarless breast augmentation, as well as post-bariatric plastic surgery. He has vast experience of body contouring and lift procedures and has contributed to several articles and book chapters on the subject of post-bariatric Plastic Surgery. Dr Agha also offers coutour threads facial rejuvenation as well as a wide array of nonsurgical techniques such as BOTOX, collagen and Restylane fillers, dermabrasion and skin peels. Dr Agha received his undergraduate degree at the University of London, England. He was awarded a First Class Honor degree and granted a scholarship to study Medicine at the prestigious University of Cambridge, England. He also completed a Doctor of Philosophy degree at Cambridge which resulted in several publications and patents in Gene Therapy and Molecular Biology. Dr Agha joined the University of Pittsburgh in 1998 and served as a Faculty in Biologic and Gene Therapy.
