Jeffrey D. Hoefflin, MD, FACS, earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and his medical degree from Chicago Medical School. He completed his general surgery residency at UCLA/Harbor Medical Center and his plastic surgery residency at Cornell and Columbia-Presbyterian Hospitals in New York City.
