Jon Harrell, DO, FACS, is a highly skilled plastic surgeon who is board certified in both plastic surgery and otolaryngology (ear, nose and throat surgery). Jon Harrell, DO, FACS, completed an undergraduate degree in the Natural Sciences at George Williams College in Downers Grove, Illinois, where he was voted the outstanding graduating student by the faculty. He later earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then performed an internship and residency at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, followed by a residency in plastic surgery at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington D.C. He served as a Staff Surgeon at the 5th General Hospital in Stuttgart, Germany, for two years and later served as the Assistant Chief of Plastic Surgery at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, where he also served as the Director of the Craniofacial Department. In addition, he was Chief of Plastic Surgery at the esteemed Beverly Hills Surgical Institute. Dr. Harrell is an Associate Clinical Professor of Surgery at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, and is a member of numerous medical organizations, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American College of Surgeons.
