Mario Diana, MD, FACS, earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin. He received his medical degree from the University of Padua School of Medicine, in Padua, Italy. Dr. Diana served his general surgery internship and residency at the Medical College of Virginia and he completed fellowship training in plastic surgery at the University of Florida. Dr. Diana has achieved the prestigious Fellow status with the American College of Surgeons, and he is an active member of many renowned professional organizations, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, The American College of Surgeons, the Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons, the San Antonio Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, the Bexar County Medical Society, the Humera Surgical Society and the Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgical Facilities.
