Dr. Del Vecchio and each staff member at the Back Bay Plastic Surgery center have created a Culture of Compassion. They are committed to specialized care and each adheres to a philosophy of patient service and complete satisfaction. They perform as a highly qualified and professional team from the initial consultation, through treatment, post-surgical monitoring and follow-up care. This focus on quality of care and compassion is why thousands of patients from the Boston area and throughout the United States have sought Dr. Del Vecchio's gifted hands for their cosmetic surgery needs. Some of the most popular procedures offered at Dr. Del Vecchio's Back Bay Plastic Surgery centers include breast implants (breast augmentation), cosmetic Botox, face lift surgery (rhytidectomy), nasal reshaping surgery (rhinoplasty) and tummy tuck (abdominoplasty).
Dr. Del Vecchio and his staff have a special practice focus on facial rejuvenation procedures, including facial acne scar therapy, facial fillers, facial fat grafting and facial skin grafting. Facial acne scar therapy using the Fraxel Laser is a good choice for patients who desire improvement in skin color, texture and scarring after experiencing severe acne. Facial fillers, such as Restylane, Juvederm and Captique, are an easy way to fill out and reshape small volume areas, such as lips and facial tissues. Facial fat grafting is very useful for soft tissue augmentation around the lips and midface folds. The newest technique, facial skin grafting, uses a patients own skin (from a tummy tuck, scar removal or other procedure) and, after processing, is injected into the lips and facial folds. It is very useful for midface augmentation and is called CAD CAM (Cubed Autologus Dermis for Cosmetic Augmentation of the Midface).
