More About Dr. Delgado

Miguel Delgado, MD, FACS received his undergraduate degree, graduating with honors (Magna Cum Laude), from the City College of New York. During his college years, he conducted summer healthcare research fellowship programs at Cornell and Harvard Universities. He earned his medical degree from University of California, San Francisco. He performed an internship and surgical residency at the world-renowned Johns Hopkins University, School of Medicine and a plastic surgery residency at Stony Brook University, Medical Center.

Dr. Delgado has received several awards for his research efforts, including the Jonas Salk Award, and he is an active member of the major local and national plastic surgery societies, including the California Plastic Surgery Society, American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and has been selected as a Fellow in the prestigious American College of Surgeons.
