Christa Clark, MD, and David Kaufman, MD, FACS, are board-certified plastic surgeons with advanced fellowship training in cosmetic surgery. Christa Clark, MD, completed her undergraduate degree in economics and English literature at the University of Michigan. She went on to complete her medical degree at Wayne State University School of Medicine, where she graduated with honors. Dr. Clark performed a combined general and plastic surgery residency at Stanford University Medical Center. She is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery — the only medical board that certifies plastic surgeons.

David Kaufman, MD, FACS, completed a Bachelor of Science degree in systems engineering with distinction at the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis. He then completed Navy SEAL training in Coronado, California, and served as a naval special warfare officer. After his service, Dr. Kaufman completed a medical degree at Harvard Medical School and a general and plastic surgery residency at Stanford University Medical Center. He later completed a fellowship with Interplast. Dr. Kaufman has served as the Director of the Regional Burn Unit at Valley Medical Center and a member of the volunteer clinical faculty at Stanford University Medical Center. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
