Also available at Chapin Aesthetics is laser skin resurfacing with the Fraxel re:pair laser platform. Fraxel re:pair treats skin that is scarred, discolored, wrinkled or sun-damaged skin through a fractional approach, meaning it creates tiny areas of untreated skin between the treated areas. Skin resurfacing with the Fraxel re:pair laser is associated with quicker healing and minimal risk of complications.

Dr. Chapin earned his medical degree from Temple University in 1988. He completed his general surgery residency at Washington Hospital in Washington, D.C. and was trained by the world renowned faculty at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in the latest techniques in reconstructive and cosmetic surgery.

In addition to his medical training, Dr. Chapin is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. He is also a distinguished member of a number of professional medical societies, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American College of Surgeons, the Bucks County Medical Society and the American Medical Association.
