Alexander Carli, MD, FACS, is a board-certified plastic surgeon specializing in cosmetic (aesthetic) surgery, reconstructive surgery and skin care. Dr. Carli has been selected as a Fellow in the prestigious American College of Surgeons and the International College of Surgeons.

Dr. Carli is the founder and lead surgeon for the Magnolia Surgery Center, a state-of-the-art facility providing plastic surgery solutions to patients located throughout the Inland Empire, Riverside and beyond. More about Alexander Carli, MD, FACS

Alexander Carli, MD, FACS, earned his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Marseille in 1970. Dr. Carli completed internship training and anesthesiology residency and was certified in anesthesiology before traveling to Columbia University to participate in a select internship program. He later completed his general surgery residency at the University of Missouri and was board certified in general surgery.

Dr. Carli completed his plastic surgery residency at the Crippled Children's Hospital in Phoenix, AZ and was board certified in plastic surgery.

Dr. Carli culminated his formal training through completion of a hand surgery Fellowship at Washington University.

He is a contributor to the Plastic Surgery Educational Foundation and opened his private practice, the Magnolia Surgery Center, in 1994.

Dr. Carli is affiliated with a number of professional medical societies, including the American Medical Association, the California Medical Association, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Academy of Aesthetic and Restorative Surgery, the California Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Riverside County Medical Association and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
