M. Bradley Calobrace, MD, FACS, and Nana N. Mizuguchi, MD, FACS, are highly skilled, board-certified plastic surgeons who specialize in a variety of cosmetic surgery procedures. M. Bradley Calobrace, MD, FACS, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and chemistry from Manchester College in Indiana, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, and a Doctor of Medicine degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine, where he graduated with Alpha Omega Alpha honors. He completed residencies in both general and plastic surgery at the University of Southern California. Dr. Calobrace continues to contribute to academia by serving as a gratis clinical faculty member with the Department of Surgery, Division of Plastic Surgery, at the University of Louisville, where he received teaching honors for his participation in the plastic surgery residency program.
Dr. Calobrace has contributed greatly to the field of plastic surgery, particularly in the development of ultrasonic-assisted liposuction (UAL) in the United States. He has written articles on UAL and other cosmetic surgery procedures for a variety of peer-reviewed medical journals and publications. Dr. Calobrace is a member of several prestigious organizations, including the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Medical Association, the Kentucky Medical Association and the Kentucky Society of Plastic Surgeons.
Nana N. Mizuguchi, MD, FACS, graduated with Alpha Omega Alpha honors from Tulane University School of Medicine and completed a residency in general surgery at the University of Louisville. He completed his plastic and reconstructive surgery training at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he spent six months with the Charlotte Plastic Surgery Group one of the largest plastic surgery centers in the country. He is currently a full-time Assistant Professor at the University of Louisville, Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr. Mizuguchi is board-certified by both the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He has authored many articles that have been published in a variety of distinguished, peer-reviewed medical publications and is a member of several professional surgical societies, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Kentucky Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the Hiram C. Polk Surgical Society.
