W. John Bull, Jr., M.D. received his undergraduate degree and medical degree from Louisiana State University. Dr. Bull completed a five-year general surgery residency at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta before completing a highly intensive three-year plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago. Dr. Bull is one of the few double board-certified plastic surgeons in the Chicago area. His expertise is highly regarded by his peers as he has authored a variety of surgical publications and has been invited to lecture at conferences and schools around the country. In addition to serving as a plastic surgeon for DuPage Plastic Surgery and a member of the active staff at many hospitals and surgical centers, Dr. Bull has volunteered his time to help less privileged patients. Some of his volunteer activities include the tattoo removal program at Edward Hospital, a plastic and reconstructive surgery team medical mission to Cusco, Peru, and the Medicine Clinic for the homeless in New Orleans.
