Go Green Go

You may have noticed lots of people enjoying frothy green beverages lately, and we're not talking about green beer for St. Patrick's Day. Veggie-rich green smoothies are all the rage, and are available at many juice, health food and fitness center bars. "Greens" do more than taste great — they also pack a potent antioxidant punch. Here's an easy breezy green smoothie recipe that contains kale and avocado for healthy, glowing skin.

Goddess Gossip's Glowing Skin Green Smoothie

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 3 cups of kale
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 cup of ice

Blend until smooth. Enjoy. It's that simple.

Are breast implants tax deductible?

It depends on what you do for a living. Breast implants have been allowed as a business deduction in certain situations. For example, an exotic dancer named Chesty Love claimed her breast implants as a business expense, stating that they would help her get bigger tips. The IRS agreed. In general, however, the cost of elective cosmetic surgery is not deductible. Discuss your situation with your accountant.
